Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an HR Operating Model Specialist to translate operating model design into enterprise-wide change. You will shape how the People function delivers future-ready services within the Employee Experience & HR team, contributing to operating models, process improvements, analytics, and client insights.

Based in the UK with hybrid work arrangements, you will also participate in business development through proposals, client presentations and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR transformation and HR operating model changes.
• Strong understanding of HR, HR shared services, payroll, and benefits.
• Data-led analysis skills to translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration and workshop facilitation across stakeholders.
• Delivery-focused mindset with sound judgement and adaptability.

• Support HR transformation projects and operating model design.
• Review and optimize end-to-end HR processes for clarity and governance.
