Job summary

Stop Domestic Abuse in Havant is seeking an HR Co-ordinator on a permanent, full-time basis to drive recruitment, onboarding and HR administration. You will coordinate adverts, applications, references, interviews, and pre-employment checks, and ensure all contracts and offer letters are issued correctly in line with policy.

You will also generate letters and HR paperwork to meet statutory and contractual requirements, and contribute to regular HR data reports on absence, recruitment, ER

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes, including placing adverts, monitoring applications, obtaining references, arranging interviews and undertaking pre-employment checks.
• Ensure new starter documents including all contracts and offer letters are issued in accordance with the policies and practices in place.
• Generating letters and relevant HR paperwork in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
• Contributing to regular data reporting in relation to absence, recruitment, employee relations casework and exit data.
