Job summary

Liberty Recruitment Group in Havant is seeking an HR Assistant to join the busy People team on a hybrid basis (3 days at home). The role offers a salary of circa £27k and a range of benefits including 25 days leave + BH, birthday off, flexible working, EAP, enhanced sick pay, cycle to work and family leave options.

The ideal candidate will support recruitment, HR administration, ER and the employee lifecycle, reporting into an HR Advisor and contributing to HR processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or recruitment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HR software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding, including interviews and checks.
• Prepare contracts and offer letters with accuracy.
• Provide first-line HR support for managers, employees and candidates.
• Support ER casework and minute-taking.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist reporting.
• Support wellbeing initiatives and exit processes.
