What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end HR processes from recruitment to offboarding
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HRIS data
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires
• Provide administrative support across HR functions and processes
• Support performance management and appraisal exercises
• Address general employee relations queries and escalate where necessary
• Assist in organising staff engagement and welfare initiatives
