Medirest Signature is seeking an Employment Law & HR Officer to provide legal and HR support to clients. This 12-month role offers development opportunities in a collaborative environment, emphasizing strong communication and research skills, along with the potential for qualifications in employment law or HR.
Join us as an Employment Law & HR Officer
We’ll be looking to you to provide employment law and HR advice and guidance. You’ll identify opportunities to meet the needs of your client through bespoke services, and you’ll generate referrals for additional consultancy and training services, generating income through cross sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
We’re looking for someone with strong research skills and experience in an HR and employment law role. Additionally, you’ll have the ability to deliver and advise on statutory processes and procedures, so good communication skills will be key.
If you already have a qualification in employment law or HR, this would be an advantage, although it is not essential, as we’ll support you to obtain this while in your role.
You’ll also need:
