The Job:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: London

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DoE)

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Manage the day to day HR operations and employee lifecycle
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefings to onboarding, training hiring managers on interview process
  • Advising managers on HR best practice and employment law
  • Regularly collate and build reports on HR data and metrics, to present to the board and support the HR strategy
  • Manage payroll and benefits, benchmarking and going to market for competitor

What is the company looking for?

  • 4-6 years' HR experience
  • Experience working in a small HR function or standalone role
  • CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
  • Strong and effective communicator, written and verbal
