What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Support the development and delivery of people initiatives that enhance engagement, inclusion, and team performance
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting values and behaviours that align with the company’s mission
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure people strategies are aligned with business goals
  • Lead initiatives across onboarding, learning & development, employee engagement, and wellbeing
  • Coordinate performance management, coaching, and development programmes that unlock employee potential
  • Manage reward and recognition efforts that support motivation and retention
  • Oversee employee relations, contracts, documentation, and day-to-day HR queries
  • Ensure systems (e.g. ATS and HRIS) support a seamless and inclusive recruitment and employee experience
  • Support recruitment planning and play a key role in identifying and securing top talent
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion at all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Monitor retention trends and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and performance
  • Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions and highlight areas for improvement
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to support internal communications and employer branding
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve and evolve HR practices to meet business and employee needs

What You’ll Bring

  • CIPD Level 5+ (or working towards) with strong HR generalist knowledge
  • Solid understanding of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and wellbeing best practices
  • Experience partnering with leaders and coaching managers through change and development
  • Excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for creating a positive work environment
