Job summary

GSK is seeking an HR Digital & Data Enablement Director to drive AI-enabled transformation across the HR Digital & Tech domain and shape the global HR technology strategy and annual roadmap. You will partner with Enterprise AI and HR teams to deliver scalable digital opportunities and ensure adoption, experience and business outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience in digital transformation, change management, and governance, with a strong emphasis on responsible AI and measurable value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project/Programme Management, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications or training in UX, service design, user research, or AI design principles desirable (e.g., LUMA, UX-cert, Nielsen Norman, PROSCI).
• Extensive experience in digital transformation, experience, change, product, or technology-enabled transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading or orchestrating large-scale digital or operating model change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience embedding AI, automation, or advanced digital capabilities into business processes or user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Shape the HR technology strategy and annual roadmap.
• Lead digital, data and AI-enabled transformation with measurable adoption and outcomes.
• Ensure HR technology towers progress per strategy and architecture principles.
• Partner with Enterprise AI, HR business teams, product and platform teams to define scalable opportunities.
• Identify simplification and consolidation opportunities across HR technology and data landscape.
• Lead change enablement, adoption and capability-building across HR.
• Build digital and AI literacy across HR leadership and broader organisation.
• Model responsible use of AI tools in line with GSK policies.
