GSK is seeking a Director of Reward Digital & Tech in London to lead Reward Products, align with HR Digital & Tech goals, and drive agile value delivery. The role focuses on strategy, roadmaps, and governance across Reward systems, with a strong emphasis on security and compliance.

You will guide multiple product teams, work with stakeholders, and oversee vendor delivery while promoting user-centered improvements and data-driven outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• Industry certifications in Agile Methodologies or CPM are highly desirable.
• Extensive experience overseeing end-to-end product delivery, including prioritisation, backlog management, solution design support, testing oversight, and value-focused release planning.
• Proven track record in defining and executing valuable Product strategies for Reward Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Translate functional strategies into actionable roadmaps and delivery priorities across Reward-related product groups.
• Lead the AI agentic transformation delivery and enablement within Reward processes with AI tech collaborators.
• Coach Product Owners and ensure robust business cases, prioritised backlogs, architectural guidance and data-driven decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points and shape product improvements and opportunities.
• Oversee delivery across Reward products with third‑party vendors for quality and supportability.
• Promote agile delivery practices (e.g. SaFe, Scrum) and transparent prioritisation.
• Ensure risk, security and ISO controls are embedded across the domain.
