Job summary

Qualifications
- 15+ years of senior technology leadership in large, global organisations.
- Proven executive partnership with HR leadership (CHRO and Heads of COEs).
- Experience delivering enterprise AI and technology transformation in HR contexts.
- Experience owning HR platforms or programmes such as Workday, ServiceNow HRSD or similar.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Leadership Team to shape AI and technology-driven HR strategy.
- Lead enterprise-grade AI and digital initiatives across HR from concept to value realization.
- Define strategy for the HR platform estate including Workday, ServiceNow HRSD and Eightfold.
- Reshape HR IT talent into a product-centric operating model with aligned value streams.
- Demonstrate IT value in partnership with HR through measurable outcomes and adoption.
