General Dynamics Mission Systems in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Data, Analytics & Digital Transformation Lead to modernise the HR function through people analytics, governance, automation and digital innovation. You will move HR from reporting to proactive insight, enabling smarter workforce decisions and improved processes.

You will design dashboards, drive AI-enabled HR initiatives, and partner with HR, IT and leaders to shape the technology roadmap and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR systems, people analytics, workforce reporting, data visualisation, or digital HR transformation.
• Practical experience using Power BI or similar BI tools to develop dashboards, analyse trends, and communicate insight clearly.
• Ability to translate complex HR data into actionable business recommendations.
• Good understanding of HR processes, lifecycle data, and workforce planning.
• Experience identifying automation and workflow improvements.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and reporting standards.
• Awareness of responsible AI principles, data protection, and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management to partner with HR, IT and leaders.

Responsabilités

• Develop the HR analytics capability beyond data extraction to identify trends, risks, opportunities and predictive insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and self-service reporting for leaders.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to automate repetitive HR activities and streamline workflows.
• Explore and support responsible deployment of AI-enabled HR solutions and digital innovation.
• Strengthen HR data governance and improve data standards, integration and reporting architecture.
• Contribute to the HR technology roadmap and measure benefits realisation.
• Partner with HR, IT, business leaders and vendors to advise on future-state operating models.
• Support digital transformation and adoption strategies at scale.
