Job summary

Siemens Mobility UKI is offering a 12-month placement in Poole with a starting salary of £25,878. The role provides hands-on HR exposure across DEI initiatives and HR projects, within a hybrid setting.

You will gain practical experience, build professional networks and develop business skills through structured development activities and cross-functional collaboration with HR and DEI partners in the UK&I Central Functions unit.

Qualifications

• Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in your degree
• Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• Make an impact through DEI by supporting DEI priorities and communications
• Turn data into meaningful insights by exploring HR data and surveys to identify trends
• Build relationships and support business change by working with HR and DEI teams
• Take responsibility from day one by getting involved in HR projects across policies, learning and development, talent management and project management
