Qualifications

• Achieved or on track for a 2:2 degree or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support HR projects with real responsibility from day one.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across HR, DEI and the wider organisation.
• Assist HR Business Partners with organisational and change initiatives.
• Contribute to HR policies, learning and development activities.
