Job summary

Bosch UK is offering a 12-month HRR Internship within the Regional Human Resources team based in Denham. You will gain exposure to HR governance, compensation, benefits, data analytics and policy management.

The BUILD Programme provides structured learning, with a mix of in-person and virtual sessions designed to develop your communication, leadership and analytical skills while you support HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong written English with the ability to draft professional documentation, policies, and communications.
• Confident verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings clearly.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• An interest in Human Resources and people-related topics.
• Experience undertaking research, data analysis, or report-writing as part of academic studies.
• Experience working collaboratively on group projects or activities.
• A proactive and curious approach to learning.

Responsibilities

• Support regional HR projects relating to governance, benefits, data, and policy topics.
• Assist with drafting, updating, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and communications.
• Produce and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation, ensuring a high standard of data quality.
• Support employee benefits administration and related communications activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and provide administrative support for HR initiatives and meetings.
