Job summary

Siemens Mobility is offering a 12‑month placement for an ambitious undergraduate to gain hands‑on experience across HR, DEI and change management within UKI Central Functions. You will work on real projects, have access to structured development activities and build meaningful relationships across the business.

You’ll develop analytical skills with HR data, support DEI priorities, and take ownership of projects from day one, contributing to communications and policies while growing your HR

Qualifications

• Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in your degree.
• Logical thinking, willing to self‑learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• Make an impact through DEI: support DEI priorities and communications.
• Turn data into meaningful insights by exploring HR data, surveys and external research.
• Build relationships and support HR and DEI initiatives across the organization.
• Take responsibility from day one on HR projects across policies, learning and development, talent management and project management.
