Our Siemens Mobility UKI Central Functions business unit provides the strategic backbone, delivering essential operational, financial, and administrative support for innovative transportation solutions and projects across the UK and Ireland.

You‘ll make a difference by:

• Gain hands-on experience researching the market and identifying trends and opportunities that could shape the future of the business.
• Analyse information from customers, government and the wider industry, turning your findings into useful insights.
• Create reports and presentations for senior leaders, developing your confidence in communicating complex information clearly.
• Get involved in a variety of projects, from organising stakeholder visits to supporting wider business and industry initiatives.

In addition to your day-to-day role and learning, you will take part in a structured development programme consisting of professional skills training and coaching support.

What you’ll need to succeed:

We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following;

• Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:1 or above in Economics, Business or other relevant topics.
• Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
