Morgan Law Partners Llp is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support a data project within Oracle HCM and the HR Service Improvement Programme. The role is based in South London with hybrid work (2/3 days on site, rest from home) and a 6-month FTC, offering £45k–£48k pro rata.

The successful candidate will manage organisational structures and employee data while contributing to transformation initiatives, ensuring accurate, timely HR operations and system integrity.

Formación

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Experience of HR, workforce administration, organisational change, restructuring activity, or HR systems administration.
• Confident working with complex organisational structures, reporting hierarchies and employee data.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong stakeholder management across HR, payroll, recruitment and managers.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support Oracle Optimisation Project and HR Service Improvement Programme delivery.
• Maintain organisational structures, reporting hierarchies, positions and employee records.
• Ensure accurate data reflects council-wide restructuring and workforce management.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives to improve processes and ways of working.
• Balance operational accuracy with continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
