Job summary

SGN in Glasgow is seeking an experienced HR Data Manager for a 6-Month FTC to transform how we manage, analyse and trust people data across the employee journey. You will lead governance, quality, reporting and integrations between Oracle Fusion, Cornerstone and other systems.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder influence and a drive to implement automated, data-driven solutions in a hybrid, flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR data management, HRIS reporting or analytics in a large organisation.
• Experience with HR data models, governance and GDPR requirements.
• Experience extracting, integrating and reporting from multiple HR systems (Oracle Fusion, Cornerstone).
• Advanced analytics, predictive modelling and workforce planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion data governance across HR systems ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead data quality initiatives including audits and data dictionary development.
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports with Power BI/Tableau to convert data into insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on workforce trends, attrition and diversity metrics.
• Oversee data flows/integrations between Oracle Fusion, Cornerstone and other platforms.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and security policies with Legal/InfoSec teams.
• Lead and develop a small team of HR Data Analysts for continuous improvement.
• Build cross-functional relationships to promote data-driven decision making.
• Introduce automation and AI-powered solutions to streamline reporting.
