Job summary

Morgan Law seeks an HR Officer to support the Oracle Optimisation Project and HR Service Improvement Programme in South London. The role focuses on maintaining structures, hierarchies and employee data within Oracle HCM, enabling business continuity.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment (2–3 days on site, remainder from home). The contract is a 6-month FTC with pro rata salary of 45k–48k.

Qualifications

• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and be comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Have experience of HR, workforce administration, organisational change, restructuring activity, or HR systems administration.
• Demonstrate confidence working with complex organisational structures, reporting hierarchies and employee data.
• Be proactive and solutions-focused, identifying issues and working collaboratively to resolve them.
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, payroll, recruitment, managers and wider business teams.
• Be comfortable working with technology and systems and have the ability to quickly learn new processes and ways of working.
• Show resilience, flexibility and a willingness to support both operational delivery and transformation activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organisational structures, reporting hierarchies, positions and employee records within Oracle HCM to support business continuity and workforce management.
• Support transformation initiatives aimed at simplifying processes and delivering a modern, digitally enabled HR service.
• Balance operational accuracy with continuous improvement in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Collaborate across HR, payroll, recruitment and wider business teams to ensure data integrity and timely delivery.
