Digital Catapult is seeking a People Data & Systems Manager to lead our people systems, reporting and analytics, turning workforce data into insights that drive smarter decisions. You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to automate processes, improve user experience and support change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Systems, HRIS, or People Analytics focused roles.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights to diverse audiences.
• Experience creating dashboards and MI in Excel/Power BI or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and administrator for People systems; ensure data integrity and security.
• Develop and maintain people dashboards, reports and analytics for strategic decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement across People processes, aiming for automation and better UX.
• Manage statutory and organisational reporting on diversity, workforce and people metrics.
• Support People projects with robust workforce data, analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data governance standards.
