I am currently assisting a well-known Financial Services brand in recruiting an experienced HR Data Analyst for their wider HR team. Reporting to a Lead HR Data Analyst, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in Data Analytics within a people-centric business. Must Come From an HR Background

Experience working with Workday would be highly beneficial. Given the ongoing change management, you must be very confident working with large data sets in Excel; therefore, strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential for this role.

The company has a policy of four days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function through the accurate management and analysis of employee data. Your responsibilities will include:

• Data interrogation and reporting
• Improving data efficiency
• Assisting with projects such as HRIS Transformation
• Process improvement
• Ad-hoc reporting
• Administrative support
