I am currently assisting a well-known Financial Services brand in recruiting an experienced HR Data Analyst for their HR team. Reporting to a Lead HR Data Analyst, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in Data Analytics within a people-centric business. This is a newly created position to support the company's growth and change initiatives. You will be joining at an exciting time!

Must Come from an HR Background

Experience working with Workday would be highly beneficial. Due to managing change, you must be very confident working with large data sets in Excel; therefore, strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

The company has a policy of four days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR through accurate management and analysis of employee data. Your responsibilities will include:

• Data interrogation and reporting
• Improving data efficiency
• Assisting with projects such as HRIS transformation
• Process improvement
• Ad-hoc reporting
• Administrative support

You will work within a fantastic HR team on exciting change projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders such as Finance and Legal. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing company with a well-regarded team.
