Job summary

The Supply Register in Keele, UK is seeking an HR Coordinator to handle day-to-day HR administration, onboarding, and internal recruitment coordination for a founder-led business of around 60 people.

The role covers onboarding, HR data maintenance, and first-line employee queries, with potential growth into specialist HR work as the function scales. Flexible FT/PT (0.6–0.8 FTE) in a on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR administration, coordination or generalist support role
• Experience supporting recruitment processes (scheduling, screening, coordination)
• Confident using HR systems/HRIS and Microsoft Office and other workspace tools
• High attention to detail with HR records, data and confidential information
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity end-to-end: posting roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
• Own the new starter process: inductions, paperwork, system access requests, first-week check-ins
• Maintain accurate HR files (physical and digital) and HR data/HRIS for headcount, absence and reporting
• Provide first-line HR support for day-to-day queries (holiday, policies, benefits) and signpost to self-service resources
• Support flexible HR tasks and contribute ideas for process improvements as the organization grows
