Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking an HR Coordinator to deliver day-to-day transactional HR and internal recruitment support for a growing team of around 60 people.

You will handle onboarding, HR administration, and first-line employee queries, helping to manage the employee lifecycle as the business scales. Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, coordination or generalist support.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes (scheduling, screening, coordination).
• Confident using HR systems/HRIS and Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity end-to-end: posting roles, screening applications, scheduling interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
• Own the new starter process: inductions, paperwork, system access requests, and first-week check-ins.
• Maintain accurate, compliant HR files (physical and digital) for all employees; manage HR data/HRIS and reporting.
• Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries, escalate complex matters appropriately.
• Provide flexible support across HR and other functions as priorities shift.
