Job summary

Oakham School is seeking an HR Coordinator to deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruitment, onboarding and administration for allocated departments. Supporting the HR Advisor, this role will be the first point of contact for staff and managers within designated areas.

The ideal candidate will be organized and proactive, with strong administrative capability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and HR coordination.
• Strong administrative capability and attention to detail.
• Experience in education or other highly regulated environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and safer recruitment processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
• Administer HR records and staff information.
