Job summary

Responsibilities include liaising with vendors, maintaining HR records, and coordinating training with government grants where applicable. Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll software, and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on HR generalist and payroll experience.
• Experience drafting contracts and maintaining HR policies.
• Familiarity with PDPA and statutory compliance.
• Experience with government grants and subsidies in training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, tax clearance, and exit interviews for all staff.
• Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts, HR policies, and handbooks.
• Oversee foreign worker pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via regulatory systems.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance appraisals.
• Plan staff engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
• Identify training needs and liaise with external providers for courses and certifications.
• Manage training logistics, attendance, and post-training evaluations.
• Apply for and manage training subsidies and government grants to optimize the budget.
• Maintain training records and compliance documents.
• Process monthly payroll for ~70 staff, including taxes and benefits.
• Administer corporate insurance and track leave/claims.
• Oversee office management and liaise with vendors and IT.
