Job summary

Teledyne e2v in Chelmsford seeks a proactive HR Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for the UK HR team, delivering professional policy guidance and transactional HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

You will manage the Chelmsford HR Helpdesk, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data (Workday) accuracy, and support reward schemes while collaborating with the wider HR team on projects and hearings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for the UK HR team, providing professional HR policy guidance and advice to employees and managers
• Handle transactional HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
• Manage Chelmsford HR Helpdesk and phone lines, and provide guidance to employees and managers
• Oversee HR ticketing tool and shared inbox, onboarding/offboarding, and data administration
• Coordinate induction, HRIS data accuracy (Workday), and support reward schemes
• Prepare standard and ad hoc HR reports and develop/update procedures and work instructions
• Support HR projects and collaborate with the wider HR team, including notetaking for hearings and consultations
