Job summary

Teneo is seeking a UK People Operations Coordinator to join our hybrid HR team, based in London, Cardiff or Manchester. You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle for Strategy & Communications, People Advisory and Corporate Functions, handling onboarding, offboarding, visa checks and contract changes, while serving as the first point of contact for employees and managers.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, IT and Reward teams, ensure data integrity in Workday, drive process improvements

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist.
• Knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Experience with HRIS systems like Workday preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, psychology or CIPD Level 3 or 5.
• Strong administration and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the employee lifecycle for multiple UK functions, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding ensuring responsibilities and deadlines are understood.
• Manage contract changes, salary/terms changes and international transfers when needed.
• Provide first-line HR support and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.
• Ensure Workday records are complete and accurate; support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Recruitment, IT and Reward teams.
• Deliver training and guidance on self-service tools and processes.
