Job summary

CTR Select is recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join a busy and supportive HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide a broad range of HR support across the business, working closely with managers, senior leaders and employees.

This role requires solid experience in generalist HR, knowledge of UK employment law, and the ability to manage recruitment, onboarding and HR reporting while maintaining confidential records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR, HR Coordinator or HR advisory role.
• Good knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience supporting recruitment and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach, influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Experience with HRIS and HR reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional, confidential and diplomatic approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Support recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate inductions and mandatory training for new starters.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Support reward and recognition initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with UK employment legislation.
• Produce HR reports and metrics to support senior management decision-making.
• Keep up to date with employment law, HR best practice and industry developments.
