Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join their world leading aviation service provider's HR team in Derby. The role involves administering all people processes, maintaining accurate employee records, managing benefits, and supporting employee relations activities.

The successful candidate will have experience in HR, strong attention to detail, discretion and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment during a maternity cover contract.

• Experience in a HR-related position.

Responsibilities

• Actioning administration of all people processes including new starters, changes and leavers.
• Supporting employee relations casework by arranging meetings and notetaking.
• Maintaining and updating employee records on HR systems.
• Managing day-to-day HR benefits administration and HR mailbox.
