Job summary

Owen Daniels is recruiting an HR Coordinator for a Derby-based, world-leading aviation services client. This is a 12-month FTC (maternity cover) role that supports the HR team with administration, onboarding, and HR system maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have HR-related experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in hours and a positive, professional attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a HR-related position.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Actioning the administration of all people processes including new starters, contractual changes and leavers.
• Supporting with employee relations casework by arranging meetings and notetaking.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all employee records on the HR systems.
• Day to day management of all employee benefits administration.
• Management of the HR mailbox.
