Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join its fast-paced HR team in Derby. The role covers administration of all people processes, including onboarding, contractual changes and leavers, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

You will support employee relations casework, maintain HR records on the HR system, manage benefits administration, and respond to the HR mailbox, all while delivering flexible start and finish times and benefiting from the company bonus and

• Experience working within a HR-related position.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with confidential personal information.

Responsibilities

• Actioning the administration of all people processes including new starters, contractual changes and leavers.
• Supporting with employee relations casework by arranging meetings and notetaking.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all employee records on the HR systems.
• Day to day management of all employee benefits administration.
• Management of the HR mailbox.
