Job summary

Owen Daniels in Derby is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our fast-paced HR team on a 12-month FTC maternity cover. You will handle the administration of people processes and support employee relations in a busy aviation services environment.

The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple tasks, from new starters to leavers, benefits administration and HR mailbox management. Flexible start/finish times and generous leave are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a HR-related position.
• Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with confidential personal information.

Responsibilities

• Actioning the administration of all people processes including new starters, contractual changes and leavers.
• Supporting with employee relations casework by arranging meetings and notetaking.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all employee records on the HR systems.
• Day to day management of all employee benefits administration.
• Management of the HR mailbox.
