Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Derby site as HR Advisor on a 17-month fixed-term contract. The role covers employee relations, policy guidance, and generalist HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will provide day-to-day advice, support HR initiatives, monitor data, and assist with change and workforce planning, building strong relationships with managers and staff. Flexible working hours and a supportive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to employees and line managers with fair, consistent people guidance.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives and policies in line with legislation.
• Monitor HR data to identify trends in absence, ER, recruitment and retention.
• Support organisational change and workforce planning activities.
• Build strong relationships across the site with managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to employees and Line Managers, ensuring a consistent and fair approach to people-relatedmatters.
• Support the developmentand implementation ofHR initiatives, policiesand procedures inline with businessrequirements and employmentlegislation.
• Monitor and analyse HR data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement across areas such as absence, employee relations,recruitment and retention.
• Support organisational change and workforce planning activities
• Build strong relationships across the site, working collaboratively with managers andemployees
