Bromford Industries Limited is seeking an HR Coordinator to cover maternity leave for 14 months. You will manage HR administrative tasks, support line managers on investigations, and ensure GDPR/compliance across sites.

The role requires up to 3 years HR experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle a high workload. The position is on-site in the UK with standard 39-hour weeks and flexible start/end times.

Aufgaben

• Process data and administrative activities according to HR processes to ensure GDPR, confidentiality and employment law obligations.
• Support Line Managers with low-level dispute resolution and investigations for disciplinaries.
• Represent the HR Team professionally and support employees, directing queries as necessary.
• Assist HR policies implementation, performance management and absence management.
• Complete routine activities daily, weekly and monthly as defined on the HR Team Sheet.
• Maintain administration of the HRIS.
• Coordinate purchasing of items for the HR Team.
• Draft employee communications posts with consistent formatting.
• Complete audits with 100% accuracy and consistency.
• Support recruitment at each site, including pre-employment checks, ATS adverts and recruitment metrics.
• Support onboarding of new starters including packs, probationary reviews and system access fobs.
• Process leavers including exit interview analysis and archiving.
• Ensure all HR admin activities meet HR Process Manual timelines.
• Support HR Business Partner with ad-hoc tasks and be first point of contact during planned absence.
