HR Recruit is partnering with a fast-paced industrial organisation to recruit an experienced HR professional to support a major integration project at the Bathgate site in Scotland. This hands-on role requires strong generalist HR experience and the ability to lead change during a complex TUPE process.

You will report to the HR Director and manage one direct report, ensuring compliant, engaging people practices while coordinating with payroll and the UK HR team.

Competenze

• Extensive HR generalist or HRBP experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading acquisitions, TUPE transfers or integrations.
• Strong knowledge of TUPE and employment legislation.
• Experience harmonising remuneration packages and benefits.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations.

Mansioni

• Lead the HR activities associated with the acquisition and integration of the Bathgate site into the wider group.
• Review and compare existing remuneration packages, benefits and terms and conditions against those of the acquiring business, identifying differences and supporting harmonisation.
• Manage employee consultation processes and TUPE-related activities, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Review and align HR policies, procedures and working practices with the wider organisation.
• Support organisational change and help employees and managers navigate the integration process.
• Provide HR business partnering support to the site leadership team, offering guidance on people strategy and operational matters.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations and appeals.
• Coach and support managers on employment legislation, company policies and best practice.
• Monitor HR KPIs, including absence, employee turnover and retention, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, working closely with payroll and HR shared services.
• Lead and develop your direct report, ensuring an effective and professional HR service.
