Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for our Bathgate site in Scotland. This 100% onsite role supports managers and employees on people policies and employment matters, driving fair outcomes and continuous improvement across HR processes.

You will coach managers on performance and employee relations, handle absence and disciplinary issues, prepare HR documentation, and maintain accurate records in HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification with commitment to Chartered CIPD status.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on people policies and procedures.
• Coach managers on performance, attendance, conduct, capability, probation and employee relations issues.
• Support employee relations cases including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working and capability processes.
• Prepare HR documentation, payroll changes, correspondence, meeting packs and reports with accuracy.
