Job summary

Arlington Resource Management is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading multi-site design and construction business in the UK. The role focuses on delivering commercially minded HR strategies aligned with business plans and working closely with senior leaders to drive people initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders to implement people strategies, advise on disciplinary and capability issues under UK employment law, and lead change programmes across a multi-site

Qualifications

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance and capability issues in line with UK employment regulation
• Identify training, learning and development needs across the workforce
• Lead change management and organisational development initiatives and support employee engagement
• Develop and review HR policy, systems and procedures for continuous improvement
• Create and manage employee benefit, reward and compensation schemes and liaise with payroll

Responsibilities

HR Business Partner - This leading multi-site £100m+ Design and Construction business with 300 staff has an excellent HR Business Partner opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded Human Resources / HR professional to join its national operation.

Year-on-year growth, a top-notch leadership team and an enviable list of blue-chip clients, makes this HR Business Partner opportunity an exciting role, developing and delivering its HR strategy in line with its business plans.

Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with the senior leaders, this HR Business Partner role will include:
