Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading automated logistics equipment provider expanding across the UK. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, shaping people strategy and supporting a fast-paced workforce.

The role covers employee relations, recruitment, change management and workforce analytics, with involvement in HR projects and site developments as the business grows. Travel across UK sites is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business or similar (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum CIPD Level 5, ideally Level 7.
• Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide consistent HR advice and coaching.
• Support leadership development and challenge where appropriate.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, HR admin).
• Handle employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance).
• Support investigations and fair resolution of issues.
• Use HR data and metrics to support decision-making.
• Support HR projects across UK operations and new site launches.
• Build strong relationships across multiple locations.
