Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR services with business goals across UK sites. You will work with leaders to address employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation while delivering multiple projects.

The role requires strong stakeholder influence, experience implementing HR systems, and willingness to travel within the UK to support manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience.
• Delivery of HR initiatives with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience developing HR systems and improving service delivery.
• Strong relationships and influencing at all levels.
• Willingness to travel between UK sites.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support employee relations matters through resolution and guidance.
• Provide coaching to managers on workplace issues, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
• Partner with managers on HR policies, organisational effectiveness, and development.
• Advise on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
• Support leaders in driving organisational change initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver UK-specific people solutions.
• Support lifecycle activities like transfers and promotions, identifying retention trends.
• Contribute to improving HR policies and programmes to meet workforce needs.
