Please note: Sites are across the UK, with a concentration in the South West. Candidates who can easily travel to and within the South West are preferred.

Are you a skilled HR professional passionate about building strong partnerships and driving impactful people strategies? We’re seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across diverse sites.

This is a full generalist HR role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable handling complex employee relations issues, and enjoys leading various people projects—from TUPE transfers to organizational development initiatives.

About You

• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
• Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law
• Proven experience in a strategic HR role, preferably at Business Partner level
• Excellent influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills across all seniority levels
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in complex situations
• Experience in safeguarding and regulatory compliance
• Background in education, healthcare, or childcare environments
