We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join our international client in the e-Commerce industry, this is a truly exciting opportunity to join this fast growing and forward thinking business. This role focuses on partnering with leadership, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting with the business growth.

Key duties in this role include :
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen team relationships, culture, and overall productivity.
  • Analyse and present the people data to inform decision-making and improve performance and company retention.
  • Oversee core HR operations, including onboarding, reporting, and payroll inputs.
  • Implement HR programs and policies, including performance management and engagement initiatives.

The perfect candidate will have :
