A strategic HR consultancy based in South London is seeking 2 HR Business Partners to join their Transformation Team. This critical role involves providing strategic HR support, coaching, and implementing future people strategies while closely partnering with leaders and stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have HR Generalist experience with a CIPD Level 7 qualification and a strong background in change management within the Public Sector, preferably from the NHS or Local Government. The positions are for 12-month fixed-term contracts with hybrid working options.
We are supporting a South London organisation in their search for 2 x HR Business Partners to be part of the wider Transformation Team.
This is a critical role providing a strategic interface between HR & OD supporting the organisational wide Target Operating Model transformation programme.
You will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR & OD colleagues to provide high level HR support, coaching and influencing as well as challenging ways of working/behaviours to develop and implement future focused people strategies.
We are looking for HR Generalists (CIPD 7 equivalent) with strong experience in change management programmes including the full consultation process.
To be considered, this experience must come from the Public Sector - ideally the NHS or Local Government.
These role are offered on 12 month fixed term contracts and include hybrid working
