A leading financial services company is seeking an HR Business Partner in Birmingham as part of their Pensions & Savings People Team. The role involves strategic business partnering to drive the people agenda, requiring proven HR experience, especially in organisation design and operational delivery. Job Type : 12 month FTC
Location : This role could be based in Birmingham or Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

Salary and benefits :
£65,000 - £75,000 DOE plus an indicative bonus range of 16-32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more
