Job description
What skills and experience we're looking for

In Summary, the role will be to:

  • Provide HR administration service within the Trust, undertaking duties across a range of HR activities including, data management, recruitment, Single Central Record (SCR), processing DBS, overseas checks, online search and prohibition checks, reporting, compliance and general HR administration.
  • Manages Anglian Learning’s LinkedIn recruitment adverts and talent pools, co-ordinating the Trust presence at recruitment fairs and liaising with recruitment agencies to support with all recruitment across the Trust.
  • Respond to first line HR queries from employees and managers by phone and email, escalating where appropriate.
  • Provide advice to managers and staff on recruitment and on-boarding along with administering contractual documentation.
  • Maintain the Single Central Record (SCR) and ensure employee records are kept up to date.
Requirements
  • Administrative experience in either an HR or generalist environment
  • An interest in continuing or pursuing a career in HR.
  • Evidence of strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to organise and plan own workload.
  • Flexible approach demonstrating the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
