A national training provider is looking for a Skills Coach to support HR apprentices in their development. This role includes motivating learners, tracking progress, and preparing them for end-point assessments. The position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant coaching experience in HR and a qualification in teaching or assessing. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact on future HR professionals.

The primary focus of this role is to coach, develop, and support HR apprentices as they progress through their apprenticeship standards. You will work closely with learners and employers to plan on-programme learning, track progress, prepare apprentices for end-point assessment (EPA), and ensure high-quality delivery.
This is a predominantly remote role, with occasional pre-agreed visits to learners or employers as needed.
