The role includes overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, and improving HR systems. A long established, family run Group operating across construction, engineering and building services is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead their HR function and support organisational growth.
This is a hands‑on, influential HR leadership role where you will act as the primary HR lead, shaping people strategy, culture and HR operations, overseeing the facilities and fleet functions, while guiding a small HR & Admin team. You'll bring structure, clarity and consistency to processes and play a key role in supporting Directors, Managers and employees across the Group.
