Thistle Seafoods Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver proactive HR support across the business. You will provide practical guidance to managers and staff, ensure policies are applied fairly, and help develop compliant employment documentation.

Working with the COO and across HR, you will monitor legislation, support ethical audits, manage sponsorship where needed, and maintain accurate employee records.

Formación

• Strong generalist HR knowledge across UK employment law and best practice.
• Experience managing employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance.
• Experience developing and applying HR policies and employment documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional HR advice to managers and employees across all HR areas.
• Advise on employee relations matters and escalate higher-risk issues as needed.
• Develop, review and implement compliant HR policies and documentation.
