Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking an HR Adviser to deliver high-quality, compliant HR guidance across the business unit. You will support managers and employees on employee relations, policies, and people management, while driving continuous improvement in advisory services.

As part of the HR team, you will handle casework, partner with Senior HR Business Partners, and contribute to policy development and data-driven workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Employee Relations or HR Advisory roles.
• Deep knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to handle complex and sensitive cases with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including probation, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.
• Monitor service performance using KPIs and feedback; identify trends and intervene proactively.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders; coach managers to improve people management.
