Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking an HR Adviser to lead the delivery of high-quality HR advice across the business unit, focusing on employee relations, policies and people management. You will work with Senior HR Business Partners and the Learning & Development Manager on escalations and case management.

You will influence managers, maintain compliance with UK employment law, and drive continuous improvement in advisory services.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Employee Relations or HR Advisory roles.
• Deep knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to handle complex and sensitive cases with confidence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advisory across the business unit on employee relations, policies and people management issues.
• Manage case work with timely, practical guidance and escalation when needed.
• Monitor service performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvements in processes and delivery.
• Coach managers to strengthen people management capability and build capability of line managers.
• Contribute to policy development, data insights, and reporting for management.
